Server/Cashier
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the cash register and process payments
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or cashier in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and using retail math formulas
